Returns & Refunds Policy

At Aqua Intima, your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to feel confident and delighted with every purchase. Please review the following policy carefully to ensure a seamless return experience.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for eligible full-priced items received within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original form of payment.

Please note the following conditions:

  • Items purchased during a sale or with promotional pricing are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Orders placed using discount or promotional codes are also considered final sale, with the exception of our first-time customer welcome offer, WELCOME10, which remains eligible under our standard return policy.

  • Merchandise must be returned in its original, unworn, unwashed condition, free of damage, and with all original hang tags attached.

  • Due to hygienic standards, all swimwear must include the original protective sanitation strip in order to be accepted for return. We kindly ask that all items be tried on over undergarments.

Exchanges & Store Credit

For our U.S. customers, we are pleased to offer exchanges for an alternate size or store credit on eligible full-priced items, subject to product availability.

Processing Your Return

Once your return has been received, please allow 2–3 business days for our team to inspect and process your item(s). Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aquaintima.com so we may promptly assist you.

Our Commitment to Quality & Fair Practice

Aqua Intima reserves the right to make the final determination on all returns and exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements outlined above. In such cases, the item(s) will be returned to the customer.

To maintain a fair shopping experience for all clients, Aqua Intima may, at its discretion, limit or decline future transactions if unusual return activity or potential misuse of our policies is identified.
