Shipping & Delivery

At Aqua Intima, we're dedicated to ensuring your exquisite swimwear reaches you swiftly and seamlessly.

Order Processing

We meticulously process orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and observed holidays. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days. You'll know your order is received and being prepared when its status is "Unfulfilled."

To help you plan, please note:

  • Orders placed by 12 PM EST (Monday - Friday) are typically processed and ready to ship within 2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST (Monday - Friday) will enter the processing queue the next business day and ship within 2 business days thereafter.
  • Orders received on Friday after 12 PM EST, or during weekends, will begin processing the following Monday.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We partner with USPS and UPS to deliver your order. You can select from the following options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days (USPS First Class)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (USPS Priority Mail)
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (USPS Express)

Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for order processing time. Shipping costs do not include insurance.

International Shipping

Aqua Intima proudly ships to most countries worldwide. During checkout, you'll be able to select your destination country to view applicable shipping rates.

Kindly note that all international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. Aqua Intima cannot reimburse customers for these charges.

Observed Holidays

Please be aware that we do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or on the following U.S. holidays:

  • New Year's Eve
  • New Year's Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • July 5th - Day following Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day

 

 

PRICING

Our pricing is subject to change without notice. Please note that we do not offer a price adjustment policy nor do we match pricing. We are not able to include duty or tax fees for international orders; these fees are the responsibility of the customer.


PAYMENT

We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card, iPay, Paypal and Discover. We are regretfully unable to accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank deposits.


EXCHANGES
